Praise God for His revelation in His Word throughout the Old and New Testaments. Ask God to grow our boldness as we proclaim His glory to the world. Pray for our brothers and sisters who are experiencing persecution because of their faith. Pray for God to grant them perseverance in the face of adversity and to grow His kingdom through their faithfulness to the gospel. Ask God to continue to grow our knowledge and understanding of His Word. Pray for those you know who have not trusted in Christ to repent of their sin and put their faith in Him.

This week we are praying for Shepherd’s Fold, Inc., a Christian residential life transformation center for men and women being released from prison. Shepherd’s Fold equips men and women to make genuine life transformation after prison and to become contributing members of society, finding total freedom from the inside out. We are also praying for Greater Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and Pastor Michael Wesley, Sr.

Day 1: Pray that the local parole board would favorably consider Shepherds Fold as the re-entry plan for men and women who are currently awaiting release from incarceration.

Day 2: Pray that men and women released from prison and entering the residential programs of Shepherd’s Fold will find total freedom in Jesus Christ and be changed from the inside out. Pray also the same thing for the new women’s program, The Guiding Light Community.

Day 3: Pray for the men and women who have successfully completed the 6-month transitional program to surround themselves with healthy and Christ-centered community as they continue to pursue God’s design for their lives.

Day 4: Pray for the residents and local leadership in West End where Shepherd’s Fold is located to embrace and support the mission of Shepherd’s Fold as a positive asset to the community.

Day 5: Pray for the staff as they prayerfully consider all potential applicants and seek God for wisdom in being faithful and financially responsible.

Day 6: Pray for the Shepherd’s Fold staff as they prepare for their Open House event on April 30th. Pray for volunteers and financial support for the ministry.

This week we are praying for Brook Hills Long-Term Missionaries, Dwight and Mary Kay Martin serving in Thailand. Dwight and Mary Kay were commissioned from The Church at Brook Hills many years ago and currently serve with Cross Ties Asia. Their role is to lead a ministry that supports and mobilizes the Thai church for evangelism, disciple-making, and church planting. Dwight and Mary Kay have lead the development of a software that helps map out where unreached people groups still exist in Thailand and help with translation and distribution of disciple-making materials for pastors. Day 1: Praise God for the church in Thailand. Praise God for the vision He has given to Thai pastors to share the gospel in villages and communities where unreached people groups still exist in Thailand. Pray for the Spirit to equip them for this work.

Day 2: Dwight just attended the Thailand Evangelism and Church Planting meeting with pastors who want to reach the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. Pray for believers throughout Bangkok to be faithful to share the gospel and for the pastors to equip their people for the work of evangelism.

Day 3: Dwight and Mary Kay are very busy with the work the Lord is accomplishing through them. Pray for times of rest.

Day 4: Pray for the Lord to provide the resources needed to continue ministry each year in Thailand.

Day 5: Pray for the Thai church to continue to grow in their love for Christ and to be obedient to make disciples.

Day 6: Pray for God to continue to glorify Himself through Dwight and Mary Kay’s ministry. Pray for their summer to be fruitful as they host teams and continue to serve the local church there in Thailand.
