Pray for the Church
Praise God for the gift of His Word. Ask Him to grow our love for and understanding of the Scriptures. Pray for the Holy Spirit to guide each of us in our lives, and to ask God to help us follow in obedience. Thank God for His abundant patience and grace with us.
Pray for the City
This week we are praying for the 36 Brook Hills families who are caring for orphans through foster care and for scores of individuals and small groups who come alongside those families through our WRAP Ministry. We are also asking God to call out other volunteers to attend the WRAP Interest Meetings on July 22. We are also praying for Philadelphia Baptist Church and Pastor Cory Varden.
Pray for the World
This week we are praying for our field partner N.H., serving in Vietnam among tribal people groups. N.H. and his team are engaging unreached people groups with the gospel, training up new pastors and church leaders, and equipping the small body of believers as they share the gospel and serve their communities. Join us as we pray for N.H. and the team in Vietnam. To learn more about how to pray for Vietnam visit prayforvietnam.org.

Glorious Day
Verse 1
I was buried beneath my shame
Who could carry that kind of weight
It was my tomb 'til I met You
Verse 2
I was breathing but not alive
All my failures I tried to hide
It was my tomb 'til I met You
Chorus
('Cause when) You called my name (and)
I ran out of that grave
Out of the darkness into Your glorious day
You called my name (and) I ran out of that grave
Out of the darkness into Your glorious day
Verse 3
Now Your mercy has saved my soul
Now Your freedom is all that I know
The old made new Jesus when I met You
Bridge
I needed rescue my sin was heavy
But chains break at the weight of Your glory
I needed shelter I was an orphan
Now You call me a citizen of Heaven
When I was broken You were my healing
Now Your love is the air that I'm breathing
I have a future my eyes are open
Saved My Soul
Chorus
You my God have saved my soul
I am Yours forevermore
I won't be moved of this I'm sure
You are my God and You saved my soul
Verse 1
I was lost when you came for me
Held in chains by the enemy
But You broke them in victory
Now I'm free I am free
Verse 2
You’re my joy and You are my hope
I am saved by Your grace alone
I will sing of Your love for me
I am free I am free
Verse 3
Now I stand with the Kings of kings
He has paid for my every sin
And from now through eternity
I am free I am free
Bridge
What once was dead is now alive
You gave to me the breath of life
You brought me up out from the grave
I'm bursting out with songs of praise
In Tenderness
Verse 1
In tenderness He sought me
So weak and sick with sin
And on his shoulder brought me
Into his flock again
While angels in his presence sang
Until the courts of heaven rang
CHORUS 1
Oh the love that sought me
Oh the love the bought me
Wondrous grace that brought me home to God
Verse 2
He called this needy sinner
He spoke His words of life
He whispered to assure me
I found thee, thou art mine
I never heard a sweeter voice
It made my aching heart rejoice
(CHORUS 1)
Verse 3
His grace I'll daily ponder
And tell of his great love
Yet deeper, brighter, purer
I'll know these things above
It seems as if eternal days
Are far too short to sing his praise
CHORUS 2
Oh the love that sought me
Oh the blood that bought me
Oh the love that sought me
Oh the blood that bought me
Wondrous grace that brought me home to God
Wondrous grace that brought me home to God
We Will Feast in the House of Zion
Chorus
We will feast in the house of Zion
We will sing with our hearts restored
He has done great things we will say together
We will feast and weep no more
Verse 1
We will not be burned by the fire
He is the Lord our God
We are not consumed by the flood
Upheld protected gathered up
Verse 2
In the dark of night before the dawn
My soul be not afraid
For the promised morning oh how long
Oh God of Jacob be my strength
Verse 3
Every vow we’ve broken and betrayed
You are the faithful one
And from the garden to the grave
Bind us together bring shalom
Not in Me
No list of sins I have not done
No list of virtues I pursue
No list of those I am not like
Can earn myself a place with you
O God! Be merciful to me
I am a sinner through and through
My only hope of righteousness
Is not in me, but only You
No humble dress, no fervent prayer
No lifted hands, no tearful song
No recitation of the truth
Can justify a single wrong
My righteousness is Jesus' life
My debt was paid by Jesus' death
My weary load was borne by Him
And He alone can give me rest
No separation from the world
No work I do, no gift I give
Can cleanse my conscience, cleanse my hands
I cannot cause my soul to live
But Jesus died and rose again
The power of death is overthrown
My God is merciful to me
And merciful in Christ alone
My righteousness is Jesus' life
My debt was paid by Jesus' death
My weary load was borne by Him
And He alone can give me rest
And He alone can give me rest
