NEW! Christmas Advent Devotional  

For the month of December we will provide a daily advent devotional that dove tails with Pastor Matt's sermon series. Each devotion contains two components: "Glory on Display," focusing our eyes on the glory of Jesus' incarnation and saving work, and "Glory on the Way," focusing on the work we've been a part of around the world through the Global Offering in 2024. The devotional will include a companion guide for children with activities that correspond to each day's devotion. Please encourage your groups to use this devotional and participate with us during the holiday season.

 

GOD'S MISSION, OUR MOMENT: A GREAT COMMISSION CONFERENCE
Friday, Feb 21- Sunday, Feb 23, 2025  

We say the commission every Sunday. But how does it impact each of our lives? Please join us in praying for and prioritizing your groups participation in this church-wide event.    

How Small Groups Will Participate  

ON CAMPUS SMALL GROUPS
Each On Campus Group will have the opportunity for missionaries visit their small groups at these times:

  • Wednesday evening, February 19
  • Sunday morning, February 23

OFF CAMPUS GROUPS
Off Campus Groups have the option of hosting a missionary for a meal at these times:

  • Option 1: Thursday evening, February 20
  • Option 2: Saturday evening February 22 
  • Option 3: Sunday, February 23 (following the last Worship Gathering)

There will also be opportunities for your small group to volunteer to serve during the conference.

2ND SUNDAY PRAYER FOR THE NATIONS  

Each second Sunday of the month at 8:00 am in the Community Room, everyone, including families with children, are invited to join Global for a special time of prayer for the nations and for our missionaries. We encourage you to bring your small group and participate each month. Our next prayer time will be Sunday, October 13  with a focus on Central Asia as we pray for one of our long-termers, Nia M.
