Pray for the Church
Praise God for the blessing of Christian community we have with one another here at Brook Hills. Pray for our small group leaders as groups resume today, and ask God to guide them as they lead their groups to grow in knowledge of and obedience to Christ. Ask God to raise up more leaders so more small groups may begin. Pray for the Holy Spirit to lead those who are not yet part of a small group to the right one for them. Pray for wisdom for our Local Disciple-Making team as they lead our age group and small group ministries.
Pray for the City
This week we are praying for Restoration Academy (restorationacademy.org), a K-12 Christian school located in Fairfield, AL with a mission to provide an excellent, Christ-centered education to students predominantly from lower-income families. Restoration Academy is committed to meeting individual students at their point of need, providing dynamic instruction and curriculum, competitive sports, and outlets for kids to grow into all that God desires while breaking generational cycles of poverty, violence, addiction, and fatherlessness. We are also praying for Urban Hope Community Church and Pastor Alton Hardy.
DAY 1: Pray for the administration, teachers, and volunteers at Restoration Academy who daily pour into the students under their care. Pray that they would walk in faithful obedience to God’s will and would be encouraged and strengthened by His Spirit.
DAY 2: Pray for opportunities for the gospel to be proclaimed to students who do not yet know Christ. It is the school’s goal that, upon graduation, each student would have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be committed to following Him.
DAY 3: Pray for the weekly tutors who invest in the students as well as the volunteers who serve as teachers’ aides, classroom sponsors, and “Room Moms.” Pray for God to raise up additional tutors, mentors, and financial sponsors for this school.
DAY 4: Pray for the students who have already put their faith in Christ, that they will be salt and light in their communities, school, and families. Pray that they will be able to discern the will of God and would have the courage to be set apart from the rest of the world.
DAY 5: Pray for the families of the students, many of which are facing financial and family difficulties. Pray that, through Christ, their relationship with God and with others would be reconciled and their basic needs would be met.
DAY 6: Pray for the City of Fairfield where Restoration Academy is located. Pray that Fairfield would be revitalized by God’s restoration and peace.
Pray for the World
This week we are praying for Taylor and Julia who serve as Long-Termers on our East Asia Church Planting Team. They were sent out two years ago to work in a local business and a local organization, all while contributing the long-term church planting efforts in their city. Join us as we pray for their family and for the team in East Asia. We are also praying for our Short-Term teams serving in Europe.
DAY 1: Taylor and Julia have recently moved into a new apartment in the community they are trying to engage with the gospel. God has already provided many friendships in their new neighborhood. Pray for more relationships so that many people will have the opportunity to hear the gospel.
DAY 2: Taylor and Julia are currently in the process of adopting a child. Thank God for their little one, and ask God to bring this little one home quickly.
DAY 3: Pray for Taylor and Julia to lead worship-filled lives for the one true God as they seek to see His name worshipped in East Asia.
DAY 4: Pray for Taylor and Julia to love each other well and for their marriage to be used to show the gospel to their community.
DAY 5: Praise God for the opportunity Taylor has to use his business skills for the glory of God. Pray for God to further these opportunities and continue to open doors into communities where the gospel has not been heard.
DAY 6: Pray for the East Asia Church Planting Team to glorify God in the way they love, serve, and care for one another.

All the Earth
Verse 1
From the rising of the sun
To the ending of the day
One name alone be praised
Ev'ry nation tribe and tongue
All creation lifting up
Your name alone we raise
Chorus
Praise the Lord all the earth all the earth
Bless His name only one name now and always
Verse 2
Jesus You have rescued us
You are good and You are just
One name alone be praised
From the heights and from the depths
In ev'ry heart with ev'ry breath
Your name alone we raise
Bridge
Ev'ry sky is filled with wonder
All creation lifting higher
The only King who reigns forever
Who is like our God who is like our God
Stronger
Verse 1
There is Love that came for us
Humbled to a sinner's cross
You broke my shame and sinfulness
You rose again victorious
Verse 2
Faithfulness none can deny
Through the storm and through the fire
There is truth that sets me free
Jesus Christ who lives in me
Chorus
You are stronger
You are stronger
Sin is broken
You have saved me
It is written
Christ is risen
Jesus You are Lord of all
Verse 3
No beginning and no end
You're my hope and my defence
You came to seek and save the lost
You paid it all upon the cross

So let Your Name be lifted higher
Be lifted higher
Be lifted higher

His Mercy is More
Verse 1
What love could remember no wrongs we have done
Omniscient all knowing He counts not their sum
Thrown into a sea without bottom or shore
Our sins they are many His mercy is more
Verse 2
What patience would wait as we constantly roam
What Father so tender is calling us home
He welcomes the weakest the vilest the poor
Our sins they are many His mercy is more
Verse 3
What riches of kindness He lavished on us
His blood was the payment His life was the cost
We stood 'neath a debt we could never afford
Our sins they are many His mercy is more
Chorus
Praise the Lord His mercy is more
Stronger than darkness new every morn
Our sins they are many His mercy is more
Forever (We Sing Hallelujah)
Verse 1
The moon and stars they wept
The morning sun was dead
The Savior of the world was fallen
His body on the cross
His blood poured out for us
The weight of every curse upon Him
Verse 2
One final breath He gave
As heaven looked away
The Son of God was laid in darkness
A battle in the grave
The war on death was waged
The power of hell forever broken
Pre-Chorus
The ground began to shake
The stone was rolled away
His perfect love could not be overcome
Now death where is your sting
Our resurrected King has rendered you defeated
Chorus
Now forever He is glorified
Forever He is lifted high
And forever He is risen
He is alive and He is alive
