Praise God for the many opportunities He gives us to share about Christ and be gospel-witnesses with our friends, families, classmates, coworkers, and neighbors. Ask Him to help us all make the most of each opportunity we have. Pray for our summer All Out initiative to be a catalyst for us growing as a church in our intentional gospel conversations of all kinds. Ask God to save those with whom we are sharing His gospel.

This week we are praying for Christian Service Mission, a ministry committed to loving the underserved and under-resourced residents of Birmingham in partnership with local churches. They serve the community through acts of service by providing spiritual, social, and tangible resources for the purpose of seeing healthy change.We are also praying for Victory City Church in Tarrant and Pastor Brandon Knight.

DAY 1: CSM’s ministry is only possible with the participation of the local church. Pray for unity in the Body of Christ as participating congregations and Christ-followers come together to serve the city alongside CSM for the sake of gospel advancement. Pray with CSM for “a love that forgives” which has been a theme among many churches with whom they partner.

DAY 2: Pray for CSM to be a good steward of the resources they receive and for the people who receive the resources to be encouraged in their faith knowing God hears their prayers. Or, if they are not believers, pray they will be open to the gospel and their hearts and lives will be changed.

DAY 3: Pursuing Oneness is a core value at CSM. Please join us in praying the global Church will be unified, that racial, economic, and social strongholds in Birmingham will be broken, and for the gospel to be proclaimed.

DAY 4: The housing ministry of CSM works to repair and build new homes, improve living conditions, and develop communities within the inner city. Pray they would love and serve families well and encourage individuals toward healthier lives physically, spiritually, and socially.

DAY 5: Pray for CSM’s evangelism ministry and its many outreach programs taking place throughout the year. Pray for Christ to be exalted as His gospel is proclaimed throughout the city.

DAY 6: Pray the staff at CSM would humbly seek The Lord for all guidance, wisdom, discernment, favor, and blessing. Pray for their service to the community to be an overflow of the love and mercy they have received. Ask God to guide them as they are in a season of training and equipping local churches around benevolence.

This week we are praying for Indonesian Muslims returning from Mecca. Over 240,000 Indonesian pilgrims were scheduled to make the journey to Mecca this year, according to Indonesian officials. Pray for the true God of salvation to make himself known as they seek to find salvation and forgiveness of sins.

DAY 1: Pray for the Holy Spirit to reveal the truth about Jesus to Indonesians as they return from their pilgrimage to Mecca.

DAY 2: Pray our teams in Indonesia will have unique opportunities to have spiritual conversations as Indonesian Muslims return from Mecca.

DAY 3: Pray for Indonesian believers to be bold to speak about their encounter with Christ and the true salvation they have found in the gospel.

DAY 4: Pray for the Holy Spirit to go ahead of each conversation and prepare hearts to hear and respond to his leading.

DAY 5: Pray for God to protect Muslims who come to faith in Christ while living in Indonesia and other countries where conversions lead to persecution.

DAY 6: Pray our Indonesian team would continue to grow and thrive in a difficult mission field.
