Praise God for how He helps us endure through trouble and trials in this world. Pray for strength to remain bold in our witness of the gospel despite any opposition we may face. Ask Him to grow us in obedience and to give us wisdom to discern where He is leading us.

This week we are praying for the ministry of Shepherd’s Fold (www.sfalabama.org), a Christ-Centered residential and life transformation center for men being released from prison. Many of the residents who come there are finishing their end of sentence while at Shepherd’s Fold. We're also praying this week for Grace Life Church and Pastor Joel Frederick.

Day 1: Pray for the men who have been released from prison and are currently participating in the 6-month transitional program through Shepherd’s Fold. Pray that they would build relationships that contribute to their growth and success emotionally, professionally, and spiritually as they re-enter society.

Day 2: Pray that the men going through Shepherd’s Fold would come to know Jesus Christ and the salvation, redemption, and love that He offers. Pray that hearts would be softened to the gospel and that many are saved.

Day 3: Pray that as these men re-enter society that they would find employment, despite their past imprisonment. Pray for their success in the jobs that are provided and pray that they would find joy in their work.

Day 4: Pray that God would provide for the practical needs of the ministry. Pray for financial provision for the ministry. Pray that small groups would step-up to provide meals to the men while they are at Shepherd’s Fold. 

Day 5: Pray for those who are walking alongside the men and women at Shepherd’s Fold through the process of re-entry. Pray that their ministry and their own lives would be marked by grace.

Day 6: Pray that God would grant wisdom, endurance, and faithfulness to the leadership team as they seek to do His will through the ministry of Shepherd’s Fold.

This week we are praying for an Access Partner, a long-standing partner of Brook Hills for strategic gospel advancement through business. They seek to provide creative access for Christian businesses and owners to model Christ in the workplace, specifically in least reached places. 

Day 1: Pray for their upcoming summit on November 10 and 11. Pray for those that will be sharing about best practices during the summit, and for the many connections that will be made for gospel advancement among the least reached. 

Day 2: Pray for investors to catch the vision in strategic business placements in the least reached places and for them to have the wisdom to know what to invest in.  

Day 3: Praise the Lord for Brook Hills individuals that are currently engaging with this Access Partner through businesses in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and more. Pray for these partnerships to be continually strengthened.

Day 4: Pray for those that are employees and customers of these businesses. Pray for them to see the gospel through the believers working in these businesses. Pray for people to come to faith through the relationships built through these businesses.  

Day 5: Praise God for the many ways He is making His name known through these intentional businesses, and pray that He would continue to do so among the world. Pray for the gospel to be multiplied, and the church to be strengthened, through this partner. 

Day 6: Thank God for the partnership He has given us at Brook Hills with this Access Partner. Pray for this partnership to continue to be strengthened as believers seek to go and live faithfully among the nations.
